Dear parents and children,
We hope that this message finds you safe and well. We are all facing uncertain and scary times, but hoping that we will all ride the storm and come out better as a local and global community.

We wanted to reassure all of you that strict infection control practices have always been first and foremost in our practice, and that has not changed since the outbreak. We have taken extra precautions with removing the toy box and constant wiping down of all surfaces in the office.
But even with the best infection control practice, dentistry, by its inherent high-risk for aerosolizing saliva and blood, is a potential source for spreading the COVID-19 virus. In addition, it is now known that individuals, including children, can be carriers of the virus for a certain window of time with mild or no symptoms.

After much deliberation and study of the currently available data, we have decided to close the office temporarily. The closure will be in accordance with and help to enforce the social distancing recommended by the CDC. We all need to do our part in FLATTENING THE CURVE NOW, potentially saving our hospital resources for the sickest among us.

We will reach out to each of you to reschedule if you are currently scheduled to be seen in the next 2 weeks.
Of course we will monitor the situation closely and hope to re-open when it is safe to do so.

We will remain on call for any emergencies. 410-569-6700

Caring for Your Child’s Healthy Smile in Bel Air, White Marsh and Havre de Grace!

“Every patient!  Every time!  -Parents, children, and the entire community will know and experience the best possible dental care for each person and their growing smile!”  That’s our mission statement.

As your child grows, you are probably noticing a lot of changes in his or her smile. The jaw grows. Teeth erupt and fall out. Permanent teeth come in. Your child’s beautiful, growing smile deserves the specialty care and treatment that only a pediatric dentist can provide. From teething to routine exams and cleaning to cavity prevention and treatment to a full set of permanent teeth—you need a dental team dedicated to the oral health of young patients from infants to teenagers, including those with special needs.  We offer three convenient locations.  We are in Bel Air and White Marsh, serving Abingdon, Aberdeen, Fallston, Forest Hill, Perry Hall, Essex, Middle River, Parkville, and the surrounding areas of Baltimore.  We also have a third location in Havre de Grace.  Our staff of board certified pediatric dentists are kind, gentle, and highly experienced in treating children and those with special needs.
